How do i pay for shipping?

Right now, you can reserve an item by purchasing online - you will recieve a shipping quote from shopcuriogoods@gmail.com and we will provide you an accurate shipping quote. Due to size and nature of the items we sell, we want to make sure you’re not over-paying for shipping your specific items. If you are unhappy with the cost of shipping, we can offer solutions or you can request for your order to be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your card of purchase.

When can i expect my order?

Orders are shipped twice a week and are sent ground or standard mail usually resulting in 5-7 business days to arrive. Due to the volume of packages that the postal services are processing for holiday - there may be a slight delay in getting your goods to you.

what if my order arrives broken?

Accidents happen! We do our absolute best to package your orders safely and soundly but unfortunately, sometimes damage to packages is outside of our control. If this happens with your order we just ask for a picture of the broken goods and we will issue a full refund. We cannot refund for shipping.

my promo code is not working?

If you have a promo code that was issued by Curio and are experiencing issues - please reach out to shopcuriogoods@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible!

What if a buyer retracts?

Every item in the shop has a waitlist.  If the item you wanted was sold, you can sign up to be notified if you’re the next in line for that item.  You’ll be sent a link to the item with a hold on it and once you submit payment it’s yours! 

Is there a discount for purchASING multiple items?

You bet! 15% off your entire order when you purchase 2+ items. Reduced shipping will also be available for orders consisting of 2+ items.
